Susanna Reid has been in a couple of high-profile relationships over the years, but throughout them she has never taken things to the next step.
The 51-year-old presenter has previously stated that it is was a conscious decision not to tie the knot even though she was with her ex-partner for 16 years.
Today, her followers on social media are curious to know who she is dating now, as the ITV host often keeps the details of her personal life private.
The Good Morning Britain presenter has explained her views on “traditional” relationships in the past, admitting going her own way doesn’t make them any less legitimate.
Is Susanna Reid married?
No, Susanna Reid is not married, nor has she ever been.
Between the years of 1998 to 2014, she was in a relationship with fellow journalist Dominic Cotton.
Over the course of the relationship, many of her followers on social media naturally assumed the pair would eventually tie the knot, but this was something Susanna appeared not to want.
During an interview on Good Morning Britain, Susanna was asked why she never got married, and replied: "It was a personal choice.
“It's a bit of an old-fashioned idea that children are 'illegitimate' if you're not married. Children are legitimate, whether you're married or not!"
Following her split with Dominic, the pair remained close friends, and even continued to live together.
Does Susanna Reid have children?
Yes, Susanna shares three children with Dominic, with the pair co-parenting after the separation.
Speaking to The Sun’s Fabulous magazine, she explained: "We still get on so well, Dom is still such a hands-on dad and we really co-parent.
"So, we live separately but together and happily in the same house.
“I'm not saying everybody can do it and I definitely think people are surprised that we can do it this way."
The couple have three sons together: Jack Cotton born in 2005 , Finn Cotton born in 2004, and Sam Cotton who was welcomed into the world in 2002.
Only their eldest son, Jack, lives away from home, now attending university in South London.
Who else has Susanna Reid dated?
After Susanna and Dominic’s split, the presenter started dating Steve Parish, Crystal Palace’s chairman, in 2018.
Susanna never openly discussed the relationship, but it is believed the two originally bonded over their shared love of football.
She did acknowledge the relationship in an interview with The Sun though, saying: "It's not a secret, but it's private. I am very, very happy at the moment, but I don't want to be married."
The relationship didn’t last in the end, as in April 2019, the two split after Susanna confirmed she was single again.
It is believed the Good Morning Britain presenter is still single.
