Rihanna reveals pregnancy during Super Bowl 2023 half time show

Fans were left asking the same thing after Rihanna's hotly anticipated performance at the Super Bowl half time show. The set during the showdown between the Philadelphia Eagles and Kansas City Chiefs at the State Farm Stadium in Arizona was her first live gig in five years.

The pop princess hit the stage wearing an red undershirt and jumpsuit that was unzipped to her stomach, which she appeared to rub several times during the show, fuelling rumours that she could be pregnant again. Her representative later confirmed the singer is pregnant.

Rihanna and her boyfriend A$AP Rocky welcomed their first child, a son, in May last year. Now many fans have been left wondering if she is expecting again.

The singer had previously hinted that the performance would be a family affair, saying that it was “important” for her son to watch it.

It saw her suspended high above the football field during the set, as she tore through a medley of her hits like B***h Better Have My Money, We Found Love and Umbrella.

Rihanna previously said that the “biggest challenge” for the 13-minute show had been curating the setlist – creating around 40 versions.

Other hit songs included on Sunday were Only Girl in the World, Rude Boy, Work, Wild Thoughts, Run This Town and All of The Lights.

Rihanna had no guests during her performance but played a number of songs which featured famous collaborators like Jay Z and controversial rapper Kanye West.
