Is Partick Thistle vs Queen's Park on TV? All you need to know ahead of mouthwatering Premiership playoff first leg

The play-off's begin tonight after Ayr United, Queen's Park and Partick Thistle all cemented themselves behind champions Dundee on a dramatic final day in the Scottish Championship.

Ayr have a by to the semi-final because of their second-place finish. That leaves Queen's and Thistle with two extra games versus each other for the opportunity to face the Honest Men and go one step closer to promotion. The winner then meets the 11th placed team from the Scottish Premiership and whoever comes out victorious will ensure their top-flight status next season.

Partick head into the match in fine form having lost just once from 13 outings under head coach Brian Graham. They have shown that they can regularly rack up goals but as have their quarter-final opponents, who fell to a 5-3 home defeat against Dundee last time out - which ultimately cost Owen Coyle's side the title. Both teams will feel confident they can get the upper hand before Friday’s return leg as they eye the top prize.

Here's everything you need to know.
