Our House started on ITV on Monday and truly is the stuff of nightmares as one woman has her life turned upside down when strangers move into her house.
And, even just from seeing the adverts for the new thriller, horrified viewers have been left wondering, if the alarming twist of events are based on real life.
If you've been watching ITV at any time over the last few week you can't fail to have seen trailers for the new thriller.
The Our House cast is led by Martin Compston and Tuppence Middleton as husband and wife Bram and Fi.

Fi arrives on her doorstep one day to see a family moving into the house she lives with her children.
The woman she speaks to insists that their purchase of the property is all above board, as Fi pleads with them to believe her.
Matters are made worse by the fact that Fi can't get in touch with Bram as she grows more and more frantic.
Is Our House a true story?
Thankfully not. While Fi's fraught experience is a living nightmare, it is in fact the work of fiction, from the pen of acclaimed author Louise Candlish.
Our House is an award winner, picking up the accolade for Crime & Thriller Book of the Year at the 2019 British Book Awards.
Louise is just as excited as ITV viewers about Our House arriving on screen and has been engaging with fans on Twitter, telling them to "buckle up," ahead of episode one on Monday.
She has also praised the actors for bringing her characters to life.
Sharing the trailer last month, Louise wrote: "Hold on to your hats, my friends, here it is - the @ITV trailer for #OurHouse, starring @Tuppence Middleton and @martin_compston It's making my heart beat VERY quickly..."
