Everton will travel to the Etihad to face Manchester City and Pep Guardiola in their final game of 2022, with Frank Lampard's side desperate for three points.
After a positive start to the Premier League season, the last few months have been nothing short of disastrous for the Toffees, who find themselves in 16th place and just one point above the relegation zone.
Their venture up the M62 will see them face the free-scoring Erling Haaland, who has already notched 20 Premier League goals so far this term.

On Friday, Lampard confirmed that star man Dominic Calvert-Lewin would be in the Blues' squad for the clash. However, given his injury problems so far this term, it remains to be seen as to whether he will be thrown straight into the action or be eased back into proceedings with Tuesday's game against Brighton surely at the forefront of Lampard's mind. "
"He's in the squad. Yes," said Lampard on Friday at Finch Farm but when pushed on whether he would make the first XI, he simply added: "We will see."
