Instagram is down for thousands of Irish users as people took to other social media to express their frustration.
Users have reported that the platform is not working and they can't access the site.
Instead of seeing the latest posts on their feed, users are claiming that the social media site is displaying pictures from the people they follow that were posted weeks ago.

It is not certain what is causing the headache for the social media site.
A site that records outages named 'Downdetector' reported that 82% of users were having problems accessing the photosharing app.
According to the site, at 6 pm Irish time, it appeared to have reached a peak.
The data claimed that around 7,000 people had reported issues in the US, with figures continuing to rise.
Users in the UK are also reporting problems with their Instagram feed.
Reports started flooding into Downdetector at 12pm.
And other complaints were aired elsewhere on social media.
Taking to Twitter, one user said: "Is it just my phone or does @instagram only load up five posts now?"
A second commented: "I thought I was the only one whose Instagram is broken #Instagram #instagramdown ".
While a third wrote: "I knew it was down. I couldn't get posts to load.. thought it was my internet #instagramdown "
"pretty sure instagram is still down. i've began ripping my hairs out", said a fourth.
