POPULAR restaurant chain YO! Sushi has announced that it is teaming up with Irn-Bru to reimagine Scotland's national dish ahead of Burns Night.
The first-of-its-kind menu, which aims to bring together the Japanese staple of sushi and the Scottish delicacy of haggis, will be available to patrons from Tuesday, January 21.
With new research suggesting that Scots are eating more sushi than haggis nowadays, the brand hopes to bring the culinary worlds of Japan and Scotland together to create a truly unique experience.
