Irn-Bru has joked it will need to use Marks & Spencer's lawyer for Yeezy trainers that are identical to the fizzy drink firm's trademark colours.
The Scots chain took to social media to join in on the legal drama unfolding between M&S and Aldi over copyright issues on its caterpillar cake.
M&S is taking legal action against the rival budget supermarket over its Cuthbert the Caterpillar, claiming it looks identical to its original Colin the Caterpillar cake.
Aldi’s social media team have had the internet in stitches after responding to the legal action with a stream of mocking posts and memes.

Irn-Bru decided to get in on the action this week in a cheeky post after the fizzy drink firm spotted a pair of Kanye West's £250 Yeezy trainers in its blue and orange colours.
Taking to Twitter, the company posted a screenshot of the shoes and wrote: "Does anyone know the lawyer Marks & Spencer is using?"
The post quickly racked up more than 42,000 likes with social media users posting hilarious comments.
One person wrote: "Give them the Irn-Boot."
"Not sure they’d taste the same," another wrote.
High street chain Foot Asylum even joked that Irn-Bru could release their own 'Irn-Shu' with them.
"We’ve got a spot on our shelves if you want to release your own Irn-Shu," it wrote.
It comes as M&S wants to remove Aldi's caterpillar cake from shelves indefinitely - but it is not taking legal action against other rival supermarket versions.
M&S claims the Cuthbert cake infringes its trademark and "rides on the coat-tails" of its reputation.
Aldi has not released an official statement in response to the M&S row, but it has been posting a series of tweets with the hashtag #FreeCuthbert in reference to the dispute.
In one cheeky response, which plays on M&S' famous slogan, Aldi tweeted : “This is not just any court case, this is... #FreeCuthbert.”
