Irish Water have warned families living on a North Dublin road to expect water disruptions today.
Valve repairs will cause supply disruptions to Lambay Road and surrounding areas in Drumcondra.
The essential works are scheduled to take place until 2pm today.
People are being advised that it will take two to three hours for the supply to return to normal after the water turns back on.
Irish water said: "Valve repairs may cause supply disruptions to Lambay Road, Drumcondra and surrounding areas in Dublin 9.
"Works are scheduled to take place until 2pm on 3 May.
"We recommend that you allow 2-3 hours after the estimated restoration time for your supply to fully return."
