An Irish teen is still on the run after breaking out of a garda van as officers continue to search for his whereabouts.
Footage posted on social media shows the young man climbing out of the garda vehicle outside a shopping centre in Galway.
Gardai confirmed to Galway Beo that a male youth absconded from the van on Friday night and that enquiries are 'ongoing'.

In the video, the van is waiting outside Galway shopping centre when its door can be seen peeling away from the roof.
The male teen then emerges, jumps out and runs across the road and out of sight.
The video was taken outside Galway shopping centre on Friday night, November 4.
According to gardai, the teen absconded from the vehicle while gardai were conducting further enquiries.
A gardai spokesperson told Galway Beo: "Following the arrest of a male youth (aged in his teens) on suspicion of theft, the male absconded from the official Garda van while Gardaí were conducting further enquiries into the incident.
"Enquiries are ongoing at this time."
