A restaurant in West Cork has called a customer "shameless" after they criticised the venue saying it had an "unfriendly atmosphere".
The customer in question recently visited Diego's Charcoal House and Wine Bar in Castletownbere, and left a scathing review.
The punter described the restaurant’s service as "rushed" and accused the chef of not taking feedback as well as ringing them later over a "trivial matter", Cork Beo reports.

The disgruntled customer left a two-star review on TripAdvisor adding that the "food was nice", but the comments left the owner of the popular steak house annoyed.
The owner responded to the review, and accused the man of leaving wax all over the table and floor after messing with candles.
Diego said that it was the "worst" when people have personal revenge and attempt to destroy the hard work staff put in.
He wrote: "people like you have personal revenge and try to destroy the job we do hardly".
"If after all you write this review you are shameless. I'm not going to answer this stupid comment.
“Your profile is more for a kids park than for a restaurant.”
"Anyway I told you yesterday and I will tell you again. You are not welcome in my restaurant, never again.”
"Maybe we don't understand your hobby, playing with the decorative candles and melted (wax) covering all the table, table cloths, floor etc.
"And you have the shame to write here about my business."
Overall the restaurant has a 4.5 out of 5 rating on TripAdvisor, with several satisfied customers noting the ‘friendly atmosphere', and “amazing food on offer.”
One described the restaurant as “Warm, cosy, and welcoming, Diego's is authentically Spanish while at the same time caters to local tastes.”
While another added: “What an absolute gem! We happened to be in Castletownbere and dropped in unexpectedly. We were truly blown away by the amazing standard of food on offer. Fantastic staff who guided us towards interesting menu choices.”
