Irish Heavyweight boxer Thomas Carty continued his fine start to life as a professional with another devastating KO win last night.
Kicking off the show as the first bout on the Dillian Whyte v Jermaine Franklin undercard, Carty got the show off-and-running in fine style with a stunning KO finish of his opponent in the fifth round.
Pavlo Krolenko was Carty's opponent on the occasion. The durable Ukrainian fighter never truly troubled Carty, with the Dubliner well on his way to a points victory before landing a vicious left hand.

Carty sensed an opening after connecting with the crushing left-hook. He forced Krolenko up against the ropes, piled on the pressure and left his opponent in a heap on the canvas.
The win moves Carty to 4-0 with three KO's as a professional.
