Undefeated Limerick boxer Paddy Donovan has posted a new training video on Instagram which shows him sparring with World Heavyweight Champion Tyson Fury.
'The Real Deal' is a longtime admirer of 'The Gypsy King' and even adapted the moniker of 'The Gypsy Prince' as an homage to the undefeated heavyweight bruiser.
Donovan, who holds a flawless 9-0 record, last fought against Tom Hill on the undercard of Michael Conlan v Miguel Marriaga in Belfast last month. The 23-year-old has wasted little time getting back into the ring, and in the video below we see him trading shots with multiple World Champion Fury.

The Limerick boxer simply posted the video along with the caption, "Iron sharpens Iron."
The two men have trained many times before in the past and both share a close relationship with another former World Champion in Andy Lee. Donovan is trained and managed by Lee, while Fury has availed of Lee's services for his second fight with Deontay Wilder in February 2020.
Just like Fury, Donovan is an advocate for positive mental health and in an exclusive interview with The Irish Mirror earlier this year, he spoke at length about why this cause is so important to him.
“I’ve been depressed, I’ve been down, I’ve had my mental health issues,” Donovan revealed.
“I lost my uncle at 28 and my first cousin at 25 last year."
“It’s so damaging to a human body and to a family, not just for a few months but for life.
“But it’s up to you to manage it,” says Donovan.
