Met Eireann has pinpointed one day across the Bank Holiday weekend that will likely be free from rain as the updated forecast predicts washout few days.
While temperatures are due to be mild across the country, some areas will see showers of rain this weekend - some very heavy.
To start, Saturday will be a mostly cloudy or overcast day with outbreaks of rain or drizzle.
Some will be persistent and heavy as rain is likely to develop over Ulster - but parts of the southwest will have good dry periods.

Highest temperatures will range from 11 to 15 degrees, with southwest winds; fresh in the north and light or moderate in southern parts.
Saturday night will be mainly cloudy with scattered falls of rain or drizzle and it’ll be misty in parts of the east, north, and west, with hill fog likely.
Conditions will be mild overnight with lowest temperatures of 8 to 10 degrees in moderate, locally fresh, southwest winds will become light westerly.
Sunday will continue to be a mostly cloudy day too with some outbreaks of rain or drizzle - heaviest across counties in the west.
It will gradually turn drier during the afternoon and evening with a chance of some late sunny spells in the north of the country.
Highest temperatures will continue to range from 13 to 17 degrees - mildest in any late sunny spells in the northwest.
Sunday night will then be mostly dry with variable clouds and some clear spells leading to some mist and fog patches forming.
Temperatures will drop slightly to between 4 and 7 degrees with very light winds or calm conditions.
On bank holiday Monday, there will be a good deal of cloud and some bright or sunny intervals with some scattered light showers.
Highs of 13 to a rather warm 17 degrees are still expected, in light breezes.
