Met Eireann has forecast a very pleasant end to the week with dry conditions expected with the appearance of some sunshine and very light winds. for most.
The milder conditions look set to take a turn for two regions next week, as rain arrives in off the Atlantic, temperatures drop lower and winds increase.
Although there are no indications of where conditions will lead to after Tuesday, it seems the week will begin with more rain for 'Atlantic counties' and will quickly push north overnight.

Today
Any frost and fog will clear this morning with some bright or sunny spells developing, the best of these across the east and southwest.
While many areas will be dry, thickening cloud and outbreaks of rain will gradually move into west and northwest counties later this afternoon or evening.
A cool day with highest temperatures of 6 to 9 degrees in just light southwesterly or variable breezes.
Tonight
Outbreaks of rain will move down from the northwest overnight, tending to fizzle out with much of the southeast staying fully dry. Some fog patches too.
Coldest and clearest early tonight across the south and east with perhaps a touch of frost. Lowest temperatures of 0 to 5 degrees, in mostly light southwest breezes.
Saturday
Saturday will be rather cloudy and dull across Leinster and Munster with lingering patches of light rain and mist, though generally dry.
Brighter elsewhere with some sunny spells and mostly dry conditions. Highest temperatures of 7 to 10 degrees with light southwest breezes veering northwesterly.
Rather cold but mostly dry in just light southwest breezes. Lowest temperatures of 2 to 6 degrees, with a touch of frost in the south and east under broken cloud.
Sunday
Cloudy outbreaks of rain will mainly affect Connacht and Ulster, turning heavier here later in the day.
Generally dry elsewhere for daylight hours with a mix of cloud and sunny spells, though some rain will arrive during the evening. Highest temperatures of 9 to 11 degrees in freshening westerly winds.
Becoming drier overnight under broken cloud with moderating westerly winds. Lowest temperatures of 4 to 7 degrees.
Monday
Overall dry for daylight hours with a mix of cloud and sunny spells. Low cloud and drizzle will arrive into Atlantic counties later though.
Highest temperatures of 8 to 10 degrees in mostly moderate west to southwest breezes.
Some blustery falls of rain will move down from the northwest overnight. Lowest temperatures of 5 to 8 degrees in freshening west to northwest winds.
Tuesday
Current indications suggest it will be a breezy day in mostly fresh westerly winds.
Mostly dry to begin some sunny spells, however showery outbreaks of rain will likely arrive to the north and west later. Highest temperatures of 8 to 10 degrees.
