Ireland underage ace Evan Ferguson has put pen to paper on his first long term professional contract with Brighton.
Ferguson has impressed for both club and country and has signed on the dotted line on his 18th birthday, a move which will keep him in Brighton until at least 2026.
Ferguson moved to the Seagulls in January 2021 and made his Premier League debut earlier this year.
And the Meath man has been rewarded with a bumper contract on his 18th birthday.
Speaking on his contract extension, Brighton boss Roberto De Zerbi said: “I am very happy to see Evan commit his future to Brighton. I have only worked with him for a few weeks but is clear to see his potential.
"I am really looking forward to working with him and helping him progress."
