Saoirse Noonan says she is delighted to sign a new deal with Durham Women.
The Ireland striker has yet to get her career going with the Championship side. She picked up a knee injury in training shortly after arriving in England last January from Shelbourne.
She was allowed to return home and rehabilitate with her former club, along with the support of Durham staff.

Now that she has bounced back from injury, she is ready to get going with her new club.
“I’m delighted,” she said. “It’s definitely exciting and I’m looking forward to the season ahead.
“The support I received from Durham during my injury was unbelievable. They supported me when I was at home and I was really grateful.
“Coming back to England now, fully fit and ready to go, is a great opportunity.”
