Ireland football star Jeff Hendrick has announced the birth of his second child.
The Ireland and Newcastle midfielder shared the happy news on social media at the weekend for Father's Day.
Taking to social media, Hendrick posted a series of photos of his family including the new addition.
The delighted footballer captioned the post: "Baby Hendrick."
Coolock native Hendrick spent his childhood years with boyhood club St Kevin's Boys in Dublin and went on to join the Derby County's youth academy in 2008.
Since then Hendrick has had a lengthy spell with Burnley before a move to Newcastle. The 30-year-old spent the second half of last season on loan at QPR.
However the London club are not said to be interested in securing a permanent move for Hendrick, and the Dubliner is likely to be seeking another move in the summer transfer window.
