Ireland international Dara O'Shea is celebrating the birth of his first child.
The defender and his partner Louise Cullen have welcomed Oaklen O'Shea into the world.
O'Shea shared the news on social media, posting a picture of himself holding the hand of the newborn baby.
The 23-year-old's Ireland teammates were quick to congratulate the new father.
Jeff Hendrick wrote "congrats bud", Caoimhin Keller said "Congrats to you both brother", while Nathan Collins wrote "congrats bro".
Dubliner O'Shea played for St Kevin's Boys before moving to Birmingham to play for West Brom.
The 23-year-old is set to play a prominent role for the Baggies in the Championship this season, having missed the majority of last term through injury.
Although the Daily Mail reported this month that fellow Championship side Burnley were interested in trying to lure O'Shea from the Hawthorns.
