Ireland assistant manager John O'Shea says Adam Idah's 'shush' celebration against Bulgaria on Sunday evening was 'good'.
The Celtic striker came on for Troy Parrott in the second half and found the back of the net with six minutes to go, firing home from close range to send his country on their way to a 4-2 aggregate victory in the UEFA Nations League B play-off.
After he netted, Idah wheeled away in celebration, putting his finger over his lip in a 'shush' celebration, which was aimed at his critics.

O'Shea, who previously took interim charge of Ireland before Heimer Halgrimsson's arrival, was happy with Idah's antics: "Good, that’s what we need," he said [The Irish Sun].
"The best way to answer is when he came on the pitch, score goals and do what you have to do.
"We need competition, we are talking about beating tier-one nations and qualifying for tournaments, we are going to need our strikers scoring goals and it’s important we have that reaction."
Idah will be eager to carry on his Ireland form on the club scene. Celtic face Heart of Midlothian this weekend, aiming to bounce back from a 3-2 defeat to Rangers before the international break.
The 24-year-old hasn't netted for Brendan Rodgers' side in over a month, with his last goal coming in a 3-0 victory over Dundee United on February 15.
