Ireland AM weatherman Deric Hartigan had a bit of a slip during his live TV broadcast on Monday morning.
The Virgin Media presenter was reporting from the Ski Club in Kiltiernan, trying out the man-made ski slopes. Deric was giving a demo on how to use the lift while on his snowboard.
However, things didn't go to plan and the weatherman took a tumble with the lift dragging him a few metres on his back. Deric can be heard screaming while presenters Muireann O'Connell and Tommy Bowe, who were both back in studio, couldn't contain their laughter at his misfortune.

And if that wasn't enough, he had another embarrassing moment later on in the show. The camera cut to Deric for the weather forecast a few seconds early, and assuming he was off camera he said "for f**k sake".
Ireland AM cut to a break immediately. However Muireann and Tommy were later joking about the mishap saying Deric was going to make the first donation to the Ireland AM swear jar.
The clip has now been removed from the Virgin Media Player. But Deric saw the funny side and shared both clips on his Twitter.
He wrote: "A double whammy Monday to beat all Mondays. After #skigate the pouring rain caused connection to drop; missed cue from studio; couldn't hear a thing & then the team & editor Gary had loadsa craic. The beauty of live tv. Enjoy!"
