Iranian Hulk, real name Sajad Gharibi, is preparing for his upcoming fight against Kazakh Titan by punching gym equipment with his bare hands.
Gharibi, who fights the 'Kazakh Titan' Djumanov Almat Bakhytovich on July 31 in Dubai, is known for his unconventional training methods. When he was scheduled to fight the 'World's Scariest Man' Martyn Ford earlier this year, Gharibi posted videos of himself taking punches to the stomach in training, doing bodybuilding exercises and bending a metal bar.
The Iranian strongman has kept up his bizarre training sessions for his boxing debut against Bakhytovich later this month, posting a video of himself punching a weight plate on a barbell to his Instagram story.

Gharibi, who has almost one million Instagram followers, will face Bakhytovich over four rounds of two minutes each. The glove size for the super-heavyweight clash has yet to be determined and it is expected that neither of the pair will wear headgear.
Bakhytovich addressed the disparity in popularity between him and Gharibi by writing: "Many people are saying they don’t know who I am, but they will see on July 31 who Kazakh Titan is, my power. I am going to make history by winning and making it the most entertaining show that has been in Dubai. When I win this fight, I want to fight Fedor [Emelianenko] in Almaty and bring the biggest fight to the country ever."
Gharibi posted little footage of himself boxing before his fight with Ford was cancelled in April. Fans have previously mocked him for his questionable training methods and the Iranian has even claimed to have trained in temperatures below zero. "I worked out in the worst conditions for six to seven years," he told Iranian TV.
"I have worked out in hot weather, 50 degrees in Bushehr. In these few recent months, I have worked out in below zero degrees in a parking lot. Not even the trainer could come there. There are videos to prove I am right. It would make everyone wonder how I work out in a place like that, but I did anyway and I never said a word in objection."
