Investigations are underway after Dublin Fire Brigade rushed to a blaze in a derelict Dublin city building.
The fire happened on James Street at around 2am this morning. Thankfully, no injuries were reported.
A garda spokesman said: "Gardaí attended the scene of a fire that occurred at approximately 2am on Wednesday, 7 September, 2022, at an unoccupied building in James Street, Dublin 8.
"Dublin Fire Brigade also attended to deal with the fire. No injuries were reported.
"Investigations into this matter are ongoing."
