A Zamboni driver slowly crashed into ice rink boards at an arena in Quebec on 21 October.
Surveillance footage of the rink at Chelsea’s Meredith Centre Arena shows the operator driving to the end of the rink with. person skating beside him before the ice resurfacing machine collided with the fence.
The incident caused damage to a door.
Police said a 25-year-old man was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and his license was suspended.
He will be required to attend court at a later date.
