International flights have continued to land in South Korea, with no obvious extra security presence or checks at Incheon airport, the main gateway to the country, after martial law was briefly implemented overnight.
One tourist, who traveled from Dubai, expressed initial concerns before departing the United Arab Emirates but felt reassured upon arrival in South Korea. She mentioned that the cabin crew of Emirates Airlines assured passengers that there was no need to worry, attributing the situation to government matters and social media panic.
Similarly, another tourist visiting from Singapore shared his confidence in both his home country and South Korea, stating that he was not concerned about the situation.
The lack of visible security measures at Incheon airport following the brief implementation of martial law has not deterred international travelers from arriving in South Korea. Despite initial apprehensions, passengers have been comforted by the reassurances provided by airline staff and maintain their trust in the safety and stability of the country.
