Internacional's president Alessandro Barcelos has been discussing their ongoing pursuit of Celtic's Alexandro Bernabei - and claims they will make all the effort they can to land the on-loan defender.
The full-back, 24, is flourishing away from Parkhead and the Brazilian club are eager to sign him on a permanent basis.
Bernabei is currently due back at Celtic in the New Year and it's believed the Scottish Premiership giants would demand around £8million if Internacional wanted to follow through with a concrete offer.
Celtic paid around £3.75m to sign the Argentine on a five-year contract in July 2022. But he only managed 28 first team appearances, 16 of those starts, before seeking opportunities closer to his homeland.

“We wish to keep Alexandro Bernabei and our work will be for him to stay," Barcelos told Charla Podcast.
"We will work till the end to keep him. We know that the club has its financial limit. But I think it is possible, I am optimistic. We will make all the effort we can.
"We are talking, but will go deep on it after the tournament. Ending the season, we will dig into it to have a solution until the end of the year."
