An "extremely dangerous" instagram influencer will stay behind bars while awaiting trial after allegedly crashing her expensive car while on "pink cocaine."

On Monday, Judge Teresa Mary Pooler ordered 24-year-old model and influencer Maecee Marie Lathers to be held in jail without bond until her trial in November. Lathers is accused of driving under the influence and manslaughter after she killed two men, Abraham Ismael and Jesus Rubio, in a car crash on Aug. 10.

"I think she's extremely dangerous," said Pooler as she delivered her decision.

Lathers was driving her Mercedes when she reportedly slammed into a Range Rover and a Suzuki, killing two and injuring two others. Law enforcement apprehended her shortly after the crash occurred around 7 a.m., according to local station WTVJ-TV.

In police body cam footage of the incident, Lathers can be heard telling law enforcement that she had taken 'tuci', also known as 'pink cocaine', referring to a designer party drug containing multiple different psychoactive substances. Toxicology reports demonstrate that she tested positive for ketamine and MDMA, but had no alcohol in her system.

Arresting officers also reported that Lathers was hysterical and incoherent at the time of the crash, claiming that she was "a time traveler from the future" and that she "had a crystal ball".

"She's on tusi. She said that right now," one officer says in the video. "She's like, 'Oh, I'm from the future.'"

Lathers reportedly tried to leave the scene, but was held back and prevented by bystanders.

According to local law enforcement, Lathers' license had been suspended at the time of the wreck. She was driving on North Miami Avenue at about 80 mph when she ran a red light at Eighth Street and caused the accident.
