It's the latest addition to Manchester's buzzing bar and restaurant scene, and comes complete with plenty of insta-worthy details. SakkuSamba is the new all-you-can-eat sushi and steak restaurant and its very glitzy interiors have been drawing in the Influencer and celebrity crowds at its new home on Spinningfields.
In particular, a huge mirrored box light area is something visitors cannot get enough of. Positioned near to the loos, it's the perfect spot for a gratuitous pose with pals or to take a well-lit selfie with its row upon row of light bulbs.
It's next to a SakkuSamba branded swing which is also getting its sharing of Insta-moments since the venue first opened a fortnight ago. The Japanese-Brazilian fusion bar has taken over the vast former Artisan restaurant site, and boasts a jaw-dropping array of pink sakura blossom trees over banks of booth seating.
Stars out for the launch bash of the restaurant were the first to get their go in the light box last month, including boxer Amir Khan, model Rhian Sugden and actor husband Oliver Mellor and Corrie's Jack P Shepherd with girlfriend Hanni Treekweek. And the momentum continued at the weekend, with more famous faces and influencers spotted at the glitzy new restaurant and bar.
Model and former reality star ZaraLena Jackson was in stunning form as she headed to give SakkuSamba a whirl on Saturday with her girl friends and hailed it "Manchester's hottest new spot". Wearing figure-hugging black lace trousers teamed with a matching black lace crop top, she posed up a storm in the light box.
She captioned the photo: "Act natural, also me" pointing up at the stunning image. She added: "Manchester's new hotspot WOW cannot recommend enough."
She went on to hail the restaurant: "My new fave spot" as she documented her night on Insta stories. That included sampling the all-you-can-eat sushi and steak menu, with an array of nigiri and noodle dishes seen pictured on her table.
SakkuSamba is the first Manchester restaurant for entrepreneur Zack Isaak following a number of successful launches in West Yorkshire including Fleur Restaurant and Bar in Leeds - dubbed 'Leeds' most Instagrammable restaurant' and Casa Peri Peri in Wakefield. SakkuSamba brings together two more - Estabulo and Sakku sushi.
The new Manchester venue boasts a bottomless sushi and steak menu, with guests able to pick from over 150 fresh steak and sushi dishes with a simple click of a button thanks to the digital tablets on the tables. Cocktails also feature heavily at SakkuSamba with more than 100 different drinks to try either downstairs at the Caipirinha bar or upstairs in the main restaurant.
Commenting on the new opening to the MEN earlier this month, Zack said: "SakkuSamba is all about creating an incredible dining experience. From the moment guests walk through the doors, to the minute they leave they’ll be blown away by our stunning décor, unique cocktails, beautiful menu and high end service."
