The bakery, hailed for the "most instagrammable cakes in Lancashire", is to launch as a pop-up for six months inside department store Harvey Nichols on New Cathedral Street in the city centre.

Finch Bakery, based in Great Harwood in Blackburn, has grown rapidly into a hugely successful business which now boasts 40 employees and even a Sunday Times best-selling recipe book by the sisters.
Now they will be bringing their insta-worthy bakes to Harvey Nichols from Monday, February 7.
The Finch Bakery pop-up will be located on the ground floor of the designer department store, which bosses say will be "the perfect sweet pitstop during your shopping trip, offering a selection of signature treats to takeaway".
Their indulgent range includes Bounty-stuffed cookies, Lotus Biscoff blondies, Lion Bar-stuffed brownies and extraordinary creme egg-stuffed cookie pies.
A selection of fresh daily bakes will also be available to eat-in and enjoy at the Second Floor Deli Bar at Harvey Nicks.
Talking excitedly ahead of the pop-up launch, co-founders Lauren and Rachel Finch, said: "We can finally reveal we are opening a second Finch Bakery site…in our dream location of Manchester city centre!
"And where better than Harvey Nichols? We’re so pleased to be given the opportunity to ‘pop up’ in such an iconic store and we can’t wait to bring our cakes and brownies to the people of Manchester”.
