Gemma Collins shared an important message alongside her latest holiday snap on Thursday.
The former TOWIE star, 41, has lost almost four stone over recent years, but is mindful to promote body positivity no matter what size or shape she currently is.
"This is ME," the reality TV star captioned a stunning snap of herself, as she posed in a strapless orange swimsuit by a pool.
"#bodybeautiful it’s very important how you speak to your subconscious about yourself #iambodybeautiful #thisisme."
Speaking to the Mirror about her sex life last year, Gemma confessed she has "always been super confident in the bedroom", prior to her notable weight-loss.
"I'm really flexible and I've always moved about the bedroom whether I've been bigger or smaller, so it's never really affected me, but I am really confident," the Essex native told us in July.
As Gemma continues to celebrate her body, we take a look at other celebrities who promote a healthy relationship with their physique and shun diet culture.
Lizzo
Since bursting onto the music scene in 2019, Lizzo has not only won praise for her hit singles and catchy anthems, but also her healthy attitude towards body image and exercising.
The Truth Hurts singer, 33, has previously shared clips of herself working out in the gym, explaining to her fans how she trains to be strong, not to lose weight.
Speaking on Instagram previously, the American star opened up how she has grown to love her body, writing: "I started talking to my belly this year. Blowing her kisses and showering her with praises. I used to want to cut my stomach off I hated it so much.
"But it's literally ME. I am learning to radically love every part of myself. Even if it means talking to myself every morning. This is your sign to love on yourself today!"
"I think it’s lazy for me to just say I’m body positive at this point," Lizzo told Vogue in 2020, when chatting about how her celebration of her body was often documented.
"It’s easy. I would like to be body-normative. I want to normalize my body."
Scarlett Moffatt
Last year, former Gogglebox star Scarlett Moffatt posted a bikini snap for the first time in five years, after suffering cruel taunts about her weights from trolls.
The one-time I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! took to Instagram in August to share a picture of herself in a two-piece, hoping it would encourage others to be bold and unapologetic for their body, whatever size or shape it is.
"This shouldn’t be a big deal but it is and I’m actually crying whilst writing this," she began in the caption.
"It’s took me so many years to gain confidence with my body. I’ve let it down at times and missed out on holidays and nights out because I’ve not liked what I’ve seen in the mirror. But hey after 5 years of not daring to wear a bikini I’m actually doing it!"
She continued: "So I hope this gives you the confidence to buy that dress, that bikini, not miss out just because your body doesn’t fit into a certain category (because let me tell you all these things are made up nobody is too slim, too curvy, too athletic, too many stretch marks, too much cellulite ) LIVE YOUR BEST LIFE."
Demi Lovato
Former Disney star Demi Lovato has been on quite a journey with their body over the years, after suffering from bulimia nervosa,
The American singer - who shared the fact they are non-binary in 2021 - has said in the past they are no longer "worrying and stressing" about achieving what society deems to be the 'perfect' body.
"When I realized that perfection is unachievable, no matter who you are, you could literally be the most perfect-looking person on the planet, but there will still be something scientifically imperfect with you. I had to learn that the hard way," they explained to Zane Lowe in 2020.
"I decided that I wasted enough of my life worrying and stressing about unimportant things. And now the rest of my life, I'm just going to care about the stuff that matters. I don't chase perfection anymore because I know it doesn't exist. And it's about finding a balance. Yeah, it's been a journey, but I feel like a lot of it comes with age, just learning."
Hilary Duff
Another former Disney star who has promoted body positivity over recent years is Lizzie McGuire actress Hilary Duff.
Taking to Instagram in 2017, the mum-of-three shared an unfiltered snap of herself on the beach with her eldest son - explaining to her followers why she was proud of her cellulite.
"I am posting this on behalf of young girls, women, and mothers of all ages. I'm enjoying a vacation with my son after a long season of shooting and being away from him for weeks at a time over those months," she wrote at the time.
"Since websites and magazines love to share 'celeb flaws' - well I have them! My body has given me the greatest gift of my life: Luca, 5 years ago. I'm turning 30 in September and my body is healthy and gets me where I need to go."
She added: "Ladies, lets be proud of what we've got and stop wasting precious time in the day wishing we were different, better, and unflawed. You guys (you know who you are!) already know how to ruin a good time, and now you are body shamers as well. #kissmyass."
Stacey Solomon
Loose Women presenter Stacey Solomon is no stranger to a body positive post on social media.
The mum-of-four often takes to Instagram to share candid snaps of her post-partum body and celebrate things like her stretch marks.
"They sparkle like glitter in the sun and the go all the ay round like a sparkle hula skirt [laughing emoji] I love them," the former X Factor contestant has said in the past, when showing off her stretch marks with her millions of followers.
Stacey also urges her fans to "never be ashamed" of their own bodies in her inspirational posts.
"Every tiny detail of your body tells a story of everything you’ve been through. All of the challenges you faced. The highs and lows of your story so far," the star has penned online previously.
Mindy Kaling
Actress and screenwriter Mindy Kaling has always promoted body positivity - both via her fictional TV characters and off-camera in her real life.
"IDK who needs to hear this but…WEAR A BIKINI IF YOU WANT TO WEAR A BIKINI. You don’t have to be a size 0," The Office US star wrote alongside a couple of bikini snaps on Instagram in 2019.
In a follow up video to the original post, the mum-of-two sat poolside and explained how visiting a pal in Hawaii helped her understand body positivity more.
"My very best friend in the world, Joceyln, is from Hawaii. And I would go and visit her when I was in college. And what I was struck about Hawaii is that everybody wears bikinis. It does not matter what your body type is," she told her followers.
"You rock a bikini. Because you're in Hawaii. And there's so much body positivity there that I, who was always really shy about my body, would wear bikinis."
