A luxury property with breathtaking views has just gone on the market for £15million and is believed to be the UK's most expensive four-bed home.
The incredible detached property could be the most expensive on 'Millionaire's Row' of Sandbanks, Dorset, if it sells for the asking price.
The size of the home is what makes it stand out, according to reports, as it's set in 1.43 acres.
Named North Haven Point, the beautiful property is not even seen from the road.
It is positioned on the northwest point of the Sandbanks Peninsula, and gets sun all day with impressive views across Poole Harbour and Brownsea Island.
"It might not be regarded by some as the finest house in Sandbanks, but it is certainly the finest plot,’ a property source told the Metro.
"It has 1.5 acres of land which is substantial for the peninsular and very, very hard to come by. Most are 0.2 to 0.5 acres.
"It’s a character property and a lovely house but it’s really the plot that is the draw for this one."
The 2910 sq ft property has four bedrooms, three of which have views of the water.
It also has three bathrooms, a woodland area and a swimming pool.
Some have said however that anyone interested in the property may need to think about modernising it.
In contrast, it comes after The Mirror reported on a £599,950 tiny studio flat which has gone on the market.
The one-bed has no space for a lounge or dining area, and the double bed is in the kitchen.
The bedroom and kitchenette form the main room which is just 4.8m by 4.1m wide.
But it means the buyer of the property - more than half a million pounds - can just roll out of bed for breakfast or a midnight snack.
