An enormous water park costing £250million and featuring 20 swimming pools is soon to open in the UK.
Therme Manchester will have the first "all-season beach" alongside 35 waterslides when it opens.
The huge aquatic zone will feature a top-of-the-range spa with more than 30 saunas and steam rooms, Manchester Evening News reports.
The jewel in the crown of Therme is its indoor seaside resort.
A Mediterranean-style beach with palm trees and loungers run along beneath underneath a massive glass dome.
Some of the park's flumes - dubbed 'living slides' race between real palm trees, giving thrill seekers the impression they're in a tropical rainforest.
A 10,000sqm 'wellbeing garden' is another highlight which can be accessed after a workout in one of the fitness classes or a relaxing session in one of the adult-only areas.
Right now the water park is just a proposal, with building work set to begin in 2023 and a grand opening coming two years later.
Manchester Evening News recently sent their reporter Dianne Bourne to the Therme resort which is up and running in Bucharest, Romania to try it out.
"There are giant palm trees as far as the eye can see, the temperature is a constant 30C and there's the gentle splish splash of water as I dip my toes into a vast swimming pool complete with a swim-up cocktail bar," Dianne wrote.
"I may be abroad right now - but one day Manchester, one day very soon, this really will be ours."
Dianne described the "huge indoor domed waterpark and wellness experience boasting 10 pools, 16 water slides, 10 saunas and outdoor beaches, pools and fountains" as "truly jaw-dropping".
"Even more astounding is that the next Therme Waterpark will be right here in Manchester and it will be double the size of this one," she writes.
"At the entrance desk you can rent some flip flops and a fluffy robe to wear over your swimsuit or bikini, although the temperature is set at a permanent 30C inside, so it won't be long before you'll want to shrug it off. Trust me, everyone is quick to lose their inhibitions once inside the toasty glass dome.
"And here in Bucharest it's a real range of people using the facility, not just Love Island style gods and goddesses, so there's no need to feel body-conscious.
"Incredibly there's the capacity for up to 10,000 people to enjoy this place every day, yet it never feels overly full during our visit - that's how massive it is."
Ticket prices and an official opening date of Therme Manchester are yet to be released.
"Our commitment to bring Therme Manchester to the UK is as strong as ever," said Stelian Iacob, senior vice president of Therme Group and CEO of Therme Group UK.
"Expert independent studies have shown the hugely positive economic and social impact that Therme Manchester will have, helping to create jobs, economic prosperity and bringing health and wellbeing to the daily lives of millions of guests.”
Therme Group has future plans to open more "urban oasis" sites in Glasgow, London and Wales.
