Inside the new industrial-style apartments for sale in Manchester city centre's latest canalside development

New residential developments have been popping up left, right and centre across Manchester over the last few years. The city centre is now full of unique neighbourhoods, new-build homes and high rise apartments that have changed the face of the city's skyline.

Among the plethora of developments that have been completed this year, a set of striking new industrial-style apartments in Castlefield have now hit the market. Potato Wharf has a range of one and two-bed apartments for sale overlooking the Bridgewater Canal, just a stone’s throw away from the Grade II listed Castlefield Viaduct - which the National Trust have recently revealed will be transformed into a new urban park space.

Each of the apartments have been cleverly designed by architects with a contemporary, industrial style inspired by the brick heritage and characteristics of Castlefield. The development has been built with sustainability in mind with every apartment benefiting from dedicated cycle spaces, electric vehicle charging points, and a balcony or terrace providing outdoor space.
