Cardiff's house prices seem to be going up and up.
As more and more people want to live in the capital the property market is becoming even more competitive but there are huge differences in what your money gets you across Cardiff.

Big housing developments seem to always be popping up around the city and house prices continue to rise.
According to Rightmove, these are the most expensive properties in each part of Cardiff as of January 17:
Adamsdown


This massive seven/eight bedroom home in Adamsdown is on sale for £329,000.
It has two large living rooms across three floors and is available with no chain.

Butetown/Cardiff Bay

Grangetown
