Salford's historic Black Friar pub is finally ready to reopen after an extensive refurbishment.
A huge glass extension has been added to the beautiful building on the corner of Trinity Way and Blackfriars Street, and a blooming beer garden filled with comfy sofas and bistro tables added to the rear.
Emergency repairs had be carried out at the pub after a vehicle crashed into it in the early hours of Saturday morning in a fatal incident.

Miraculously, a team of tradesmen have been able to restore and save the pub's front entrance, even recreating its historic, aged stonework.
Inside, the front half of the pub, including a room upstairs, will operate as a traditional pub for pints and quick bites.
But at the rear will be a modern restaurant, headed up by former 20 Stories head chef Ben Chaplin, looking out onto the sunny courtyard.

The 70-cover restaurant itself is neatly carved into two sections by the open kitchen, with one part of the modern extension a large greenhouse-style dining room with plants and ornaments stacked up to the ceiling.
There are two menus on offer - a laid-back list of pub classics like pies and fish and chips, and a more modern take on British food served in the restaurant.
The Black Friar will also serve breakfasts between 9am and 11.30am at weekends.
The pub itself was built in 1886 by William Ball, but its interior was gutted by a fire 15 years ago.
For the last few years it's been used as a marketing and sales suite for the huge apartment blocks that have popped up around it, but now it's under the steer of local restaurateur Neil Burke.
Although the main pub and restaurant will open next week, there's more to come in the next few months.
The top floor of the original building is being converted into a private hire space with huge dining table and its own kitchen, due to launch in September.
Neil said: "The Black Friar has a lot of historical significance in Salford, everyone who used to frequent it has a story to tell!
"We want it to have that impact again, becoming everyone’s local but also a real destination, where you’re guaranteed really good food, a welcoming atmosphere and a place where you feel just at home nipping in for a pint as you do sitting down for a fantastic three course dinner."
The Black Friar will open on Tuesday July 27.
