Tony Adams is swapping his football boots for dancing shoes as the former professional footballer gets ready to take part in Strictly Come Dancing when the show returns to our screens next week.
The Arsenal legend will be competing against the likes of Helen Skelton, Fleur East and Matt Goss as they fight for the chance to win the illustrious Glitterball trophy.
Tony is well-known for his no-nonsense approach to defending and went on to manage a string of football teams after retiring from the pitch, including Portsmouth and Wycombe.
The 55-year-old is happily married to wife Poppy Teacher and has five children, including three with Poppy – Atticus, Hector and Iris.
The sporting star has a son and daughter, Oliver and Amber, from his first marriage to Jane Shea.
Tony's daughter Amber leads a glamorous lifestyle away from the family home and often shares snaps of herself jetting off on holiday.
The 27-year-old recently returned from a sun-filled getaway in the Greek island of Rhodes and shared plenty of enviable snaps on Instagram.
In one set of pictures, Amber wore a deep blue bikini which showed off her slim figure and summer tan, with a floral tattoo visible on her arm. The stylish swimsuit featured tie details and she paired it with two gold necklaces.
Amber looked off into the distance as she walked along the beach, with her long brown hair cascading over her shoulders.
She captioned the post with a dolphin, blue heart and butterfly emoji. The comments section was inundated with people commenting on her stunning looks.
One person wrote: "Beauty in blue," while another said: "I am LOST for words."
In another snap, Amber sat next to two of her friends as they all posed in white outfits. She opted for a see-through dress which she paired with chic white sunglasses.
Amber held a cocktail in her hand as she smiled for the camera.
Amber is a partnership agent at Digital Icon Agency, which deals with influencer marketing and talent management. After returning from Greece, she was joined by her close friends and co-workers as the group jetted off to Amalfi, Italy.
Tony's daughter's most recent post shows her enjoying a BBQ with friends at her luxury home, with brother Atticus joking that she always visits when he's not there.
Atticus wrote: "How many times do you and millie want to come down when i’m not there." [sic]
Amber jokingly retorted: "we plan it like that xx." [sic]
Step mum Poppy also joined in, writing: "@attyadams - it’s as if she checks our diaries and descends as soon as we depart."
Amber will no doubt be rooting for her dad as he dances his way onto the Strictly stage.
Speaking about his upcoming appearance, Tony said: "To say I’m excited is an understatement – the lure of the sequins and the call of the salsa has me swapping my battered old football boots for a set of Strictly soft shoes.
"Am absolutely thrilled to be giving it my all on this year’s 20th anniversary of Strictly Come Dancing. I can’t wait to meet my partner – god help her – and start the dancing."
