Irish pro golfer and Offaly native Shane Lowry returned for the 86th edition of Masters tournament.
The sportsman will be joined by peers Padraig Harrington, Seamus Power, and Rory McIlroy, as the sport’s elite compete to take home prize money and titles.
The top 50 spots are expected to take home a pay-out for competing in the historic tournament.

Shane Lowry is originally from Clara, Co Offaly, and splits his time between Ireland and the US.
Lowry learned his early golf at Esker Hills Golf Club where he began his amateur career.
He won the 2007 Irish Amateur Close Championship at the age of 20.
The impressive victory was the first of Lowry's four amateur wins.
He ranked at No. 168 amateurs entering the Official World Golf Ranking and No. 6 in the World Amateur Golf Ranking.
Lowry decided to turn professional the week after his triumphant Irish Open victory.
The GAA fan made his professional debut on 28th May 2009 at the European Open, and is an official sponsor of Offaly GAA.
His best Major finish came at the 2019 Open Championship which he won by six shots from Tommy Fleetwood.
Lowry won for the first time as a professional in 2012 and made history at the Portugal Masters.
The golfer made his first Ryder Cup appearance in 2021, where he was selected as one of Padraig Harrington's three wildcard picks.
In 2021 he tied fourth at the PGA Championship (the second Major of the season) and was eighth at the Players’ Championship.
His young age and power-hitting have earned him recognition with knowledgeable fans around the world.
Inside Shane’s family life
Shane, 36, and his wife Wendy have houses in both Dublin and Jupiter, Florida. But are based in Florida much of the time due to Shane’s career being there.
The golf fanatic is married to Wendy Honner, who is a nurse.
Wendy and Shane met on a night out in 2012, and have been inseparable since.
The pair got married in 2016 in New York City Hall after Shane popped the question on a Dubai beach in 2014.
The lovebirds have a four-year-old daughter named Iris and a daughter named Ivy.
His parents are Brendan Lowry, and Bridget Brendan Lowry is a retired Irish athlete.
Shane’s father was a member of the Offaly senior inter-county squad from 1981 to 1992 and played Gaelic football for his local club Ferbane.
During tournaments he often wears black and white clothes, which are the same colours as his hometown's Gaelic sports club.
