Across 4,500 square foot, the bespoke mansion has period 'arts and crafts' features that have stood the test of time.

The original character details throughout the house include a wooden front door, solid oak panelling, an ornate inglenook fireplace, high ceilings, picture rails and period fireplaces all typical of the era when it was constructed.

On entry to the home is a grand reception hall which is central to the ground floor and paves the way for each room.

The first room on the left is a 'morning room', a sitting room traditionally used in the morning, which leads into the kitchen.

The 19-foot living room is the largest room on this floor, which has a central fireplace and double doors leading through to the sun room which is flooded with natural light.

On this floor there is also a dining room with an open fireplace, an ideal room for hosting and entertaining.

Attached is an annex which homes the classic pool room with a long swimming bath, jacuzzi, changing rooms and a sauna.

Up on the first floor is a gallery landing, leading onto each of the four generously sized bedrooms and two separate bathrooms complete with original tiling.

The master bedroom has large windows with full views of the vast south-facing garden.

There is also a very large loft that has been boarded out and could be developed into additional rooms.

The period property is found on the corner of Spath Road and Lancaster Road in tree-lined setting where properties are very rarely available.

There is no price listed for the mansion, however a price is available on application.
