Sylvester Stallone is reportedly leaving California behind for Florida and it is one luxury house he is moving out of.
According to the NY Post, the Rocky star, 74, will be moving away from Los Angeles and heading to the Sunshine State of Florida with his wife Jennifer Flavin for a new life on Palm Beach.
Naturally, this will mean that his luxury home in Beverly Hills is now on the market and what a stunning place it is too.
The home is said to have been listed for a whopping $130million.
It is, after all, noted to be 21,000 square feet in size and sits on a 3.5-acre spread of land.
The mansion boasts eight bedrooms and 12 bathrooms, along with a large kitchen with two islands to work from.
Sylvester's own office and library is also adorned with memorabilia from his iconic role as boxer Rocky Balboa from the Rocky and Creed film series.
In front of the tall arched window, a statue of the iconic character stands in his recognisable victory pose.
It isn't just the interiors of the property that will be attracting prospective buyers.
A two-story guest house is also available on the grounds for when visitors come to stay.
Outside in the grounds, Sylvester has a putting course for some exercise, along with a large light-blue swimming pool that boasts views of both the city of Los Angeles and the nearby canyons.
The NY Post also notes that Stallone has a number of A-list neighbours, including Mark Wahlberg, Eddie Murphy, Justin and Hailey Bieber, and Denzel Washington.
The paper also notes that it believes that the Stallones have purchased a $35.4 million waterfront estate on Palm Beach, proving that the glamorous A-list lifestyle is not solely consigned to Los Angeles.
After finding critical acclaim in The Lord of Flatbush, Sylvester Stallone rose to fame for his role in 1976's Rocky whilst also being known for his iconic role in the Rambo film series.
Representatives of Sylvester Stallone declined to comment when approached by The Mirror.
