Shane Lowry is already an Irish sporting legend despite still only being 35 years of age.
He's starred in Ryder Cups, won The Irish Open as an amateur and of course won The Open in Portrush back in 2019.
And he's among the favourites at this year's edition given how he is so well suited to links courses.

His form is also rock solid as although he hasn't actually won a tournament since the memorable major title, he has been close several times recently over a very consistent run that includes a second in the Honda Classic and tied third in the Masters and the RBC Heritage.
Earlier this week he reflected on how he's fallen just short when in contention since that 2019 success.
He said: "Yeah look, it is frustrating," he reflected. "I've been very close this year as well, which is even more frustrating.
"But I feel like I'm doing all the right things and golf is such a game of self-talk and trying to stay positive all the time, and that's the way I am.
"I'm just trying to stay positive, just trying to keep telling myself that I'm playing well, having a good year and just waiting for it to happen.
"I can't say it will happen, I hope it happens soon and I obviously hope that it's this week!"
Away from the course he has a dream family with wife Wendy as they have two beautiful girls together.
Iris came first in 2017 and she was joined by baby sister Ivy last year.
They split their time as a family between Ireland and the US, as Shane focuses on his golfing career which is primarily based in the States.
They have houses in both Dublin and Jupiter, Florida.
Shane and his wife are both from County Offaly and have been together since 2012. The couple decided to get married in 2016 in New York's City Hall.
In 2015, they bought a Victorian-style home in south Dublin while their base in Florida is a rental property in Palm Beach.
