These images show the inside of a neglected two-bedroom home in desperate need of refurbishment that has gone on the market for just £60,000.
The end-of-terrace home in Armley, Leeds could be a "project" for the right buyer as tens of thousands of pounds would need to be poured into it.
The house has one bathroom and from the street, it doesn't appear to be in bad shape, but once past the front door, the work needed is evident.
The once-loved home is filled with rubbish including old clothes, bin bags, beer cans and all sorts of unsavoury waste, LeedsLive reports.
Other images show peeling wallpaper that reveals deep stains and dark marks on the walls.
In the kitchen, the washing machine has been destroyed and there are deep cracks on the walls.
In one corner, a massive black spot can be seen.
In one of the bedrooms, clothes have been left behind as black bin bags are filled and left on the floor.
The mattress appears tired and stained as whoever left the house didn't take much with them.
The house has one bathroom, and the loo, bathtub and sink will need to be replaced.
The tub is caked in a mysterious, black coating and the sink has cracks that appear beyond repair.
This home might not be ideal for first-time buyers but goes on sale by auction on May 11.
Rightmove has warned potential buyers that purchasing without viewing in person comes at their own risk.
The property description reads: “This two bedroom back to back terrace has been neglected in recent times, is now in need of a complete refurbishment and is sure to appeal to the many developers in the market seeking an affordable project.
“Armley is popular with investors seeking higher than average returns with Leeds city centre just 2.4 miles to the East.
“Any purchasers choosing to buy without viewing in person are doing so at their own risk and acknowledge that the auctioneer will not be held responsible for any issues that may arise due to them being unintentionally missed from the video or sales particulars.”
