A house has hit the market with an added extra in the kitchen - and it's not a breakfast bar, or a trendy hidden wine storage unit.
The property in Gulfport, Florida, has a massive oak tree running through it, but is still expected to sell fast.
The 100-year-old trunk inside is not predicted to put potential buyers off in an area desperate to stay "weird".
You may have expected the pad to be available at a knockdown price because of the added household amenity unlike any other.
But priced at $899,000 - over £650,000 - there is already a demand for getting close to nature as you stick the kettle on.
Water views and a swimming pool suggest the home won't remain on the market for too long.
It is not known if the tree was there first and the former owners originally built the house around it, or if it grew and things got out of control.
Thankfully, Stacey Purcell, the owner of Gulfport Realty, says the state is known for its quirky properties.
The expert said there is so much interest despite the kitchen being different from any other.
The home is a good fit for a city with the motto “Keep Gulfport weird” - even if it wasn't for everyone.
“There were people who walked in and walked out,” the estate agent said about the pricey property.
“But it is the perfect fit for Gulfport - we call it the tree house.
“We have a lot of tree huggers here and I’m surprised I haven’t sold this to one of them!"
The house may be unusual, but at least it offers bedrooms.
One property in Dallas, Texas, has gone on sale for $989,000 - and it comes without them!
“Probably the most unusual property that I have ever come across to say the least,” Dallas specialist Ace Lahli said.
“We’re getting people that are like, ‘hey I want to maybe use it as a school, or a data centre, or a school for fencing'.
“Everybody likes a challenge,” he added, before saying there wasn't even a kitchen included.
