Inside Oprah Winfrey's incredible weight loss transformation after diet change

American chat show host Oprah Winfrey looks almost unrecognisable as she showed off her slimmed down figure after undergoing a huge weight loss "reset".

The iconic 69-year-old TV presenter looked more in shape than ever as she attended the Louis Vuitton Cruise show on Wednesday in Isola Bella, Italy, the Mirror reports.

The Weight Watchers ambassador looked incredible in an oversized floaty cream shirt and trouser with a belt that showed off her small waist.

With her dark locks cascading over her shoulders, Oprah looking confident and classy as she flaunted her slimmed down physique. She accessorised her outfit with some sparkly earrings and a glam Louis Vuitton handbag.

The star's transformation comes after she vowed to "reset" her weight loss last year after she opened up about how the coronavirus pandemic impacted her healthy eating habits.

Last year, the TV personality took to Instagram to share a video of her throwing away food after the Christmas period as she said it was 'time for a reset' before adding: "I'm clearing out my fridge."

Speaking about her busy holiday festivities, she said: "You know we had 12 people over the house over the holidays.

"All stayed safe from COVID, thank God. And I gotta say, we ate every day like food had just been invented."

The 69-year-old then went on to gush about Weight Watchers, a programme which she is now an ambassador for after it helped her lose almost 40 pounds in the past, as she told fans how it helps her to "stay on track".

Although Oprah promotes weight loss and openly speaks about dieting, she has clarified in the past that she does not support weight loss pills or gummies.

Last year, she was forced to address online scams that claimed she had lost weight through diet pills and sweets.

At the time, she said: "I have nothing to do with weight loss gummies or diet pills and I don’t want you all taken advantage of by people misusing my name".
