Inside King's Hall Belfast - the historic venue that hosted The Beatles and Bob Dylan

It has hosted the likes of The Beatles, U2 and Bob Dylan and its name was synonymous with world champion boxers Rinty Monaghan and Barry McGuigan.

But now workers have moved in on the King's Hall site as plans for a £100m health facility progress.

Our videographer Harry Bateman was given access to the site which will jog the memory of anyone who attended an event at the famous venue.

Designed by by Leitch and Partners from Glasgow, and built in 1933 by J & R Thompson from Belfast, King's Hall opened in 1934.

Now Benmore Octopus are developing a major £100m health facility at this site.

A spokesman said: "The first phase which includes the Dataworks development where the precision medicine companies will be based, is due to be completed by February 2021 while the whole park will be complete by 2025."
