The opening episode of I'm A Celebrity... South Africa ended in a shock announcement, with news former campmate Gillian McKeith is set to make a return to camp.
Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly welcomed the Scottish TV personality to the ITV show as she entered camp in a mystery box.
As the rest of the campmates looked on in shock, Gillian exclaimed: "I couldn't let you do this without jungle Gill!"
In a sneak peek at Tuesday's episode, Shaun Ryder is heard saying: "F****g hell," after Gillian's arrival.
Gillian is best known for fainting during a live trial in her stint on the programme in 2010 as well as her explosive fights with Happy Monday's star Shaun.
The two got into several blazing arguments during their time in camp.
It resulted in Shaun telling hosts Ant and Dec: “If Gillian was my wife, she would be in pieces in a plastic bag, deep in a hole in the back garden.”
Viewers saw them row when they were forced to be in freezing cold water together for a challenge.
“You're a f****** irritating woman," Shaun roared as Gillian quipped: "You say nasty things all the time... your tone, everything. The way you speak to everyone."
They also argued when Gillian told the singer not to smoke in front of her.
“You f***ing what? I’ll smoke where I want, you can go in the f***ing toilet. I smoke where I want, don’t tell me where I can’t smoke,” he shot back.
After the nutritionist then asked him not to swear, he responded: “I’ll f***ing swear when I want to swear so f*** off.”
Upon leaving the jungle, Gillian told Ant and Dec that she and Shaun had a “love-hate” relationship.
She continued: “Sometimes we would get on good but other times I was just frightened."
Meanwhile, Shaun spoke far less politely of her, saying that she was “a bit of a d***” who “just had no manners”.
As Gillian makes her shock arrival to the South African camp, Amir Khan says to Jordan Banjo : "He doesn't look happy. He's maybe thinking, 'Why did she come in?'"
"Is she as mad as a box of frogs?" Paul Burrell asks Shaun, away from Gillian, to which he replies: "Yes, last time I wanted to kill her."
In her pre-show interview, she says: "It’s going to be more terrifying this time because back then, I didn’t know what to expect but this time I can’t use that as an excuse.
"What I felt before feels 1000 times worse now and all of it freaks me out but I feel I’ve got a calling to represent all the scaredy cats in Britain – and that is the reason why I’ve said yes."
