After winning a battle to add an extension to her Richmond home, Holly Willoughby ’s six-bedroom property is only getting more luxurious.
The planning application was initially denied for the £3million house, but the green light was given last summer for a first-floor side and front extension, as well as altering windows and doors, and building a side dormer roof extension.
Holly, 41, and her husband Dan, 47, live in the Edwardian London house with their children Harry, 12, Belle, 11 and seven-year-old Chester.
Despite keeping a relatively private life, neighbours had complained that there would be disruption to the roads and noise from the building works if the plans were approved, particularly with the plans submitted during many a time when many people were working from home.

Sharing glimpses into her home life, Holly frequently posts on social media from her beautiful property.
One of her recent posts, featuring the viral TikTok Kreepa Oh No sound showed her once lovely flowerbeds after being dug up by family dog Bailey, who sits nearby with a guilty look and muddy paws.
She also showed a wonderful pop of colour in amongst her neutral tones, with an orange footstool in front of her dressing area, completed with a mirrored vanity.
Holly’s Instagram feed is perhaps most renowned for her outfit pictures, telling fans where each of her wardrobe pieces can be found, including this casualwear snap that gave fans a glimpse of her spotless kitchen.
But, interspersed amongst the fashion posts are snapshots of family life, including a selfie of Holly showing off a successful garden-grow, in the form of a freshly picked radish.
With neutral backgrounds being a go-to for any Instagram picture, fans are frequently shown the house's wonderful floors, including this hardwood floor in front of a TV unit and cupboards.

Frequently making appearances alongside Bailey is cat Bluebell, but being a fairly new addition to the family, Bailey appears to be taking centre stage most of the time.
The family welcomed Bailey a few months ago, and had to introduce the two furry friends to each other gently, as seen in a video of Bailey relaxing on the wooden floor whilst Bluebell investigates from the comfort of the stairs, complete with striped runner carpet and shining stair rods.
Holly and Dan had reportedly attempted to submit plans for extensions 14 over the past 10 years, so now that they’ve been given approval there’s a chance fans will get to see even more of their lavish home.
