There were tears of joy as footballer Kenji Gorré married entrepreneur Izabella Levey in a romantic ceremony in Madeira.
The former Manchester United academy player tied the knot with Izabella at a wedding attended by 40 guests including his proud parents Dean, the manager of the Suriname national football team, and former The Real Housewives of Cheshire star Magali.
His younger brothers Quinten and Aidan were best men at the ceremony yesterday and singer Quinten performed for the bride and groom and their guests.
Congratulations have been pouring in with well-wishers including United star Jesse Lingard who said: "Congrats brother."
And mother of the bride Magali said her son's special day held at the Reid's Palace hotel was "magical."
Sharing a moving video montage from the day Kenji, who was seen wrote: "WHEN TWO BECOME ONE!
"I thank God for giving me a wife!!"
Magali penned on her social media: "We have another Mrs Gorré ....
"And she is beautiful (inside and outside)
"We thank God for her in our lives and making our son complete."
Kenji, who plays for Nacional in Portugal and internationally for the Dutch Caribbean Island of Curaçao, had his hair styled to form the initials KI in honour of their union and mum Magali provided custom-made tea and candles for the ceremony.
After the wedding the new Mr and Mrs Gorré enjoyed a yacht trip with their family.
Kenji popped the question to Izabella Levey on a trip to Milan for her 24th birthday in December 2019 and they planned to marry last May, but the wedding was postponed because of Covid-19.
He asked Izabella to marry him with the best view in a restaurant, her favourite cake and a Tiffany engagement ring as her favourite song was playing.
Izabella told her Instagram followers: "The easiest YES I have ever had to make."

Kenji was on the books with the Manchester United Academy from 2002 until 2013 before signing a professional contract with Swansea City and he met business mentor Izabella at private school in Cheshire.
Announcing their engagement he said: "IZABELLA GORRÉ TO BE!
"Forever mine."
Paying tribute to his wife-to-be he wrote with an engagement ring emoji: "All my life I prayed for someone like you.
I have always wanted a strong women by my side! Someone who supports me and loves me for who I am!
"Someone who gets the best out of me and continues to push me to be better, someone who is ambitious, someone who is confident, someone who can hold her own!
