Best known as glam but clueless Leyla Harding, Emmerdale actress Roxy Shahidi is anything but clueless when it comes to her health.
While her character is frantically fretting about whether to tell husband Liam Cavanagh about her pregnancy, Roxy is enjoying a tranquil life of yoga, healthy juices and her beloved dog.
The soap star, 38, lives in Nottingham with her young daughter, husband Arsher Ali, 37, and their adorable German Shepherd.
Roxy has shown her commitment to yoga through her Instagram, with all of her first posts dedicated to yoga.
At around the same time in 2016, Roxy began her own YouTube channel YogaRox, in which she helps her fans destress, wake up and chill out through stretches on the mat.
She also shows off her vegan lifestyle by sharing photos of their food, from roast pepper mixed veg and tahini dressing and avocado sushi to Spelt and oat waffles with homemade banana ice cream.
Roxy also documented her juice and soup retreat, saying that she was "feeling strong".
The actress often posts her homemade juices made in her blender, including green juices made with kale, celery, ginger and lime and wheat grass shots.
She is passionate about her vegan diet, sharing photos of avocado bagels and vegan granola.
Sharing a photo of her morning coffee, she wrote: "Coconut oil latte organic filtered coffee and one large tea spoon of coconut oil, then blend in the @thenutribullet. Great way to get some essential healthy fats."
Roxy welcomed a new member of the family in November when Kaya the German Shepherd arrived at their family home.
Sharing a photo of the adorable puppy, she wrote: "Look who’s just joined the family Kaya the German Shepherd, she is a little power house! Full of energy and cuddles. Thanks to @finchparkk9 for such a perfect puppy."
Earlier this year, she shared another cute picture of the dog and commented: "Morning beautiful people Yes more pictures of my dog I’ve thrown in one of the deer to the mix it up. Xx."
