Donncha O'Callaghan is one of Ireland's most recognisable faces in the world of sport, TV and radio.
The rugby legend, who played for Munster and Ireland, has turned his attention to broadcasting in recent years and has become a firm favourite with both listeners and viewers across RTE.
And the Cork man has been a regular feature on Ireland's fittest family.
But when he is not busy with work, Donncha is a devoted husband and father-of-four.
In 2009, the sports star married his longtime girlfriend Jennifer Harte and they have four children together - 11-year-old Sophie, eight-year-old Anna, seven-year-old Robin and five-year-old Jake.
Donncha previously told RSVP Magazine that he would love his children to follow his footsteps into the world of sport, but insists there is no pressure for them to take part and it is just for fun.
"Sport is amazing for building friendships and relationships, and learning how to deal with loss. It is also about being healthy, fit and educated about nutrition and food; simply understanding that some types of food are bad for you or are a treat. It is hard to hear that one in four kids are obese and people say that the Government should be doing more, but it is my responsibility to look after the kids under my roof," he said.
"They are doing camogie, hockey, gymnastics and swimming and they go to have fun. I went to my little girl’s tennis lesson last week and she didn’t hit the ball once, but she had a great time and that’s okay. She was terrible, but she was outside and running around."
