Daniel O’Donnell has put his Dublin penthouse on the market for €760,000.
The country singer and his wife Majella split their time between their home of Donegal, a holiday home in Tenerife and their Dublin base in Ballinteer.
But they are now putting their luxury city digs at Number 77 Ballintyre Grove in Ballinteer, Dublin 16 back on the market as they are spending less time in the capital in recent years.

The Daft.ie description for the apartment reads:
"No 77 Ballintyre Grove is one of a kind in terms of size and quality in the capital. This penthouse apartment of 249 sqm / 2,680 sqft comes to the market in pristine condition with two private balconies and stunning views in all directions.
“The substantial living accommodation is beautifully appointed with attention to detail and standard of finish which is unparalleled in today's market."
"The current owners have transformed what was a beautiful apartment into a stunning home," they added.
The luxurious apartment has three en suite bedrooms and enjoys views on three sides with two private balconies.
The master bedroom faces south towards the Dublin Mountains with double doors opening out onto a private balcony, a walk-in wardrobe and luxurious en suite with his and hers suite, raised bath and separate shower.
There are four separate bathrooms, a kitchen and dining room with separate utility and a living quarters which, the agents say could be used as a 'Ballroom'.
“The attention to detail and abundant space is obvious the moment you leave the secure lift doors through to the entrance hall,” they added.
“There is solid walnut flooring from the hall through to the living room and a feature mirrored wall which enhances the sense of light and space.”
“No.77 Ballintyre Grove is without a doubt one of the finest penthouses in south Dublin.”
The residence is well situated and close to the M50 with Marley Park and Dundrum Town nearby.
It comes after the country singing legend said he enjoyed the time he has spent in his beloved country village of Kincasslagh over the past few years.
He told the Irish Daily Mirror: “Ah listen, I haven’t been in Donegal, especially in the first lockdown, I hadn’t been at home for that length of time in 40 years.
"Since I was at school. Really since 1980, I hadn’t been there for that length of time. Like all in one go. I would only be home for days, or weeks at the most and away for a month or two.
“So it was lovely from our point of view. And we were living in the country and we could go out for a walk, so it wasn’t as difficult for us as I’m sure it was for many people.
“And we had one another,” he said, referring to his wife Majella.
“We weren’t alone. We were there together.”
